腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的护理干预分析【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的护理干预。方法：将2016年3月—2018年2月90例卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗患者随机数字表法分组，对照组施行常规化护理干预，实验组应用综合化护理。比较两组卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗患者对护理服务满意度；腹腔镜术后肩痛消失时间、恢复排气时间、下床时间、住院时间；护理前后患者异常心理指标；恶心呕吐、切口感染等卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗并发症发生率。结果：实验组卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组腹腔镜术后肩痛消失时间、恢复排气时间、下床时间、住院时间优于对照组，P＜0.05；护理前两组异常心理指标相近，P＞0.05；护理后实验组异常心理指标优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组恶心呕吐、切口感染等卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：综合化护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗护理中的应用效果确切，可减少并发症，加速术后恢复，减轻肩痛，减轻不良情绪和提升满意度。【关键词】综合化护理；卵巢囊肿；腹腔镜手术；护理；应用效果【中图分类号】R473.71【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2018）19-0038-02【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethenursinginterventionoflaparoscopictreatmentofovariancysts.Methods90casesofovariancystsinMarch2016-2018Februarywerepidedintogroupsbyrandomnumbertable,thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutinenursingintervention,andtheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithcomprehensivenursing.Thesatisfactionofthetwogroupsofovariancystsinthetreatmentofnursingservicewascompared,thetimeofdisappearanceofshoulderpain,thetimeofdischarge,thetimeofdisengagement,thetimeofhospitalization,abnormalpsychologicalindexesbeforeandafternursing,andtheincidenceofcomplicationsinthetreatmentofovariancysts,suchasnauseaandvomiting,incisioninfection,andsoon.ResultsThesatisfactionofthepatientswithovariancystsbylaparoscopywashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,P<0.05.Thetimeofshoulderpaindisappearance,therecoverytime,thebedtimeandthetimeofhospitalizationintheexperimentalgroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup,P<0.05;theabnormalpsychologicalindexesofthetwogroupsbeforenursingweresimilar,P>0.05;afternursing,theactualnursingwastrue.Theabnormalpsychologicalindexofthetestgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,P<0.05.Theincidenceofcomplicationssuchasnauseaandvomiting,incisioninfectionandsoonintheexperimentalgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationofcomprehensivenursingcareinlaparoscopicsurgicaltreatmentofovariancystsiseffective.Itcanreducecomplications,acceleratepostoperativerecovery,reduceshoulderpain,alleviatebadmoodandimprovesatisfaction.【Keywords】Comprehensivenursing;Ovariancysts;Laparoscopicsurgery;Nursing;Applicationeffect卵巢囊肿发生率高，是女性常见疾病，多实施腹腔镜手术治疗，切口小，安全性好，瘢痕小，美观良好，可满足患者需求。腹腔镜手术治疗过程良好的护理有辅助提高效果和加速康复的作用[1-2]。本研究分析了综合化护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗护理中的应用效果，报告如下。1.资料与方法1.1一般资料将2016年3月—2018年2月90例卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗患者随机数字表法分组，实验组年龄21～48岁，平均（35.24±2.13）岁。对照组年龄22～48岁，平均（35.21±2.45）岁。两组一般资料相似。1.2方法对照组施行常规化护理干预，实验组应用综合化护理。（1）术前给病人安慰和关心，缓解患者的不良心理，提高患者对疾病治疗的信心。术前给予患者全面健康教育，使其了解卵巢囊肿相关知识，并明确腹腔镜手术的必要性、安全性和配合要点。（2）术后，患者仰卧位保持6小时。病人的头部偏向一侧。严密观察患者的生命体征，帮助患者翻身和肢体运动，以避免压疮。（3）术后6小时禁食，6小时后...
