中国水产品质量与安全外文翻译外文翻译原文QualityandSafetyofAquaticProductsinChinaMaterialSource:SustainabilityinFoodandWaterAnAsianPerspectiveAuthor:WangXiChang,TaoCen,TaoNingPingandLiuYuanAbstract:Thequalityandsafetyofaquaticproductshaveattractedmoreandmoreattentiontoalllevelsincludingfisherysupervisorgovernors,aquaticproductsmanufacturesandfinalconsumersinrecentyears.ThecountrywideestablishmentofHACCPandtraceabilitysysteminChinahasgraduallyenhancedthesecurityofaquaticproductsacrossthewholeproductionchainfromaquaculture,processing,distributiontoconsumptionKeywords:Aquaticproducts,11ACCP,quality,safcty,traceabilityBackgroundSupervisedbyDepartmentofFisheriesundertheMinistryofAgriculture,Chinesefisheriesproductionhaswitnessedsustainabledevelopment.TheoutputofChineseaquaticproductswasupto51milliontonnesintheyearof2005,whichaccountedforoverone-thirdofglobalfisheriesproduction,andChinafisheryhasplayedanimportantroleinaquaticproducttradeoftheworldWang,2005,2006.ItisnoteworthythatthequalityandsafetyofaquaticproductsbeceimethemostimportsntissuesoffoodsupplyespeciallyinChinawiththeconsumers'increasingrequirementsinthe21stcenturywhichincludesuchfactorsasurgencyoffoodsecurity,therapidrhythmoflife,inhancednutritionandhealthconsciousnessandthediversifedconsumptionlevelandstructure.SituationandDiscussionInordertosolvetheseriousbottlcncckproblemswhichinfluenceditsdomesticeconomicandsocialdevelopment,Chinawillgiveprioritytotechnologicaldevelopmentinthefieldofauqaculturefrom2006to2020.Accordingtotheoutlineofanationalprogram,theimplementationwillbefocusedon11majorsectorsasfollows:healthanddiseasecontrolforaquaticproduction,fine-processinganddeep-processingaswellasmodernstorageandtransportationforaquaticproducts,comprehensivecxplorationandutilizationofbiologicalresourcesofaquaculturalindustries,developmentofenvironment-friendlyfarming,foodsafetyconcerningimportandexportinspectionandquarantine,preventioneindquickresponsemechanismtopublicemergencies.Abuseofimportmaterialsforauqaculture,especiallypesticideandveterinarydrugsisbadlyendangeringthesafctyofaquaticproductsMoreattentionshouldbepaidtothefiveprominentfoodsafetyissuesinChina,whichareasfollows:1.Pollutionoccurswhentheagri-productshavebeenproducedbyindividualfarmersduringthecultivationprocess2.Small-scale,private-ownedandunorganizedfoodmanufacturesposeunqualifiedsourcesofpollution3.Lackingeffectivefacilitiesandmanagement,fooddistributiondoestperformwellinChina4-FoodsecurityisrelativelyweakinruralareascomparedwithurbanareasofChina5.FoodincidentsoccurringinChinainrecentyearsbroughtabadreputationoninternationalmarkets,anditevenledEU,USAandotherdevelopedcountriestorestrictfoodimportsfromChinaTosolvethosebottleneckproblemsmentionedaboveencounteredinfisheriesproductionandtrading,theprocessingandutilizationoffisheriesproductsmightbethecriticalmeasuretocarryout.Chirm'saquaticproductprocessingindustrymadegradualnewprogressin2004.Morethan10milliontonnesofaquaticproductswereprocessedorutilizedasrawmaterials,whichaccountforover35%ofglobalfisheriesproduction.Thefrozenproductswholefish,blockandfilletetc.werethemajorityofprocessingproducts,whileothersincludedsaIty,conned,dressingproducts,surimiandsurimi-basedproducts,fishmeal,fishoil,seaweedfoodproducts,seaweedchemicalproducts,marinehealthyfoods,marinedrugs,leatherderivedfromfishskin,cosmctic,dTts...
