交通部文件DocumentofMinistryofCommunications交公路发[2002]226号No.226[2002]PromulgatedbyHighwayDepartmentofMinistryofCommunicationsUNOFFICIALENGLISHTRANSLATION关于继续进行道路危险货物运输专项整治的通知NoticeofContinuousSpecialRectificationofDangerousGoodsTransportationonHighway各省、直治区、直辖市交通厅(局、委)：Tocommunicationsdepartments(bureau,commission)ineachprovince,autonomousregionandmunicipalitydirectlyunderthecentralgovernment:为落实国务院新发布的《危险化学品安全管理条例》(国务院令第344号，以下简称《条例》)，根据国务院在全国范困内开展危险化学品安金管理专项整治工作的决定和国家经济贸易委员会、国家安全生产监督管理局、公安部、监察部、铁道部、交通部、卫生部、国家工商行政管理总局、国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家环境保护总局《关于开展危险化学品安全管理专项整治工作的通知》(国经贸安全[20021327号，以下简称《通知》)的耍求，部决定在去年开展道路危险货物运输专项整治工作的某础上，从5月份开始到年底，继续进行道路危险货物运输专项整治工作。现就有关事项通知如下：InordertofulfiltheRegulationsontheControloverSafetyofDangerousChemicals(OrderNo.344oftheStateCouncil,hereafterRegulations)recentlypromulgatedbytheStateCouncil,theMinistryofCommunicationsdecidestocarryoutcontinuousspecialrectificationofdangerouschemicals'safetymanagementfromMaytotheendoftheyearbasedonthelastrectification,inlightoftheStateCounciTsdecisionofcarryingoutnationwidespecialrectificationofdangerouschemicals'safetymanagementandthedemandofNoticeofCarryingoutNationwideSpecialRectificationofDangerousChemicals'SafetyManagement(No.327[2(X)2jPromulgatedbyStateEconomic,Trade&Safety,hereafterNotice)madebytheStateEconomicandTradeCommission,theStateAdministrationofWorkSafety,theMinistiyofPublicSecurity,theMinistryofSupervision,theMinistryofRailways,theMinistryofCommunications,theMinistryofPublicHealth,StateAdministrationforIndustryandCommerce,theStateAdministrationforQualitySupervision&InspectionandtheStateEnvironmentalProtectionAdministration,thefollowingrelatedpointsarecommunicated:一、各级交通主管部门要在当地政府的统i领导下，认真总结去年道路危险货物运输专项整治工作的经验，按照《全国道路化学危险货物运输专项整治实施方案》（交公路发[2001]240号）、《关于进一步做好道路化学危险货物运输专项整治工作的通知》（交公路发[20011499号）和《道路危险货物运输管理规定》（交运发[1993]1382号）的有关要求，突出重点，加大整治力度，认真做好今年道路危险货物运输专项整治。要认真学习和领会《条例》精神，按照十委、部、局《通知》中关于专项整治工作的指导思想和目标、范围和重点、工作任务、方法步骤及要求的统一部署，结合当地道路危险货物运输的实际情况，认真组织实施，通过专项整治活动，达到预期口标，确保道路危险货物运输安全。Undertheunifiedleadershipoflocalgovernment,eachresponsibledepartmentofcommunicationsshouldseriouslysummarizetheexperiencesonthespecialrectificationofdangerousgoodstransportonhighwayslastyearaccordingtotherequirementsofEnforcementSolutionofNationwideSpecialRectificationofDangerousGoodsTransportonHighways（No.240[2001,promulgatedbyHighwaysDepartmentofMinistryofCommunications）,NoticeofFurtherSpecialRectificationofDangerousChemicalsTransportonHighways（No.499[2001],issuedbyHighwaysDepartmentofMinistryofCommunications）&RegulationsofDangerousGoodsTransportManagementonHighways（No.1382[1993],promulgatedbyTransportDepartmentofMinistryofCommunications）;stressthemainpoints;strengthenrectificationandseriouslyfulfillspecialrectificationofdangerousgood...
