学士学位论文论文题目心理与社会治疗模式对缓解残疾人自卑问题的运用与反思（英文）TheApplicationandReflectionWithPsycho-socialTreatmentModalitiesToAlleviateTheLowSelf-esteemofTheDisabledClient——AsanExampleofTheCaseofaDisabledPerson学院政法学院专业社会工作姓名徐磊学号200502301130指导教师姚振强2009年5月20日心理与社会治疗模式对缓解残疾人自卑问题的运用与反思——以一个残疾人个案工作为例摘要目前我国的残疾人福利机构由于体制和资金诸方面的问题，残疾人大都处在一种民政福利供养的环境中，基本得不到和正常人同样的发展机遇，尤其是残疾人的心理问题不仅不可能获得专业人员必要的疏导，而且还处在一个不断恶化的生存环境中，在各种各样的心理问题中，残疾人的心理自卑问题显得尤为突出。笔者认为消除残疾人心理自卑的因素不仅在残疾人自身，更在于残疾人的生活情境，它既包括社会对残疾人的偏见，也存在于福利机构的小环境中，故论文以心理与社会治疗模式为残疾人案主的主要工作方式，着重分析了残疾人案主的生理、心理和社会三方面的原因，结合案主的典型案例，有针对性地运用心理社会模式纠正了案主的自我能力的认知偏差，揭示了案主所处环境的标签化倾向，缓解了案主的自卑心理。同时，由于工作者的能力欠缺和社会环境的深远影响，心理与社会工作模式在运用中也存在一些局限，如工作者的主观偏见、工作者角色的模糊、个案工作关系界限的模糊和不利环境的影响，鉴于此，笔者也提出今后类似个案的改进措施，如提高工作者对残疾人案主心理问题的综合判断能力；明确区分工作者的目标和残疾人案主的心理期望；充分运用社会政策和相关资源为改变残疾人案主所处环境而努力。关键词残疾人社会工作自卑孤独心理与社会治疗TheApplicationandReflectionWithPsycho-socialTreatmentModalitiesToAlleviateTheLowSelf-esteemofTheDisabledClient——AsanExampleofTheCaseofaDisabledPersonAbstractAtpresent,China'swelfareinstitutionsasaresultofinstitutionalandfinancialaspectsoftheproblem,mostpeoplewithdisabilitiesinthewelfareofadependentoftheHomeenvironment,thebasiclackofnormaldevelopmentofthesameopportunities,especiallyinpeoplewithpsychologicalproblemsnotonlytheprofessionalscannotobtainthenecessaryflow,butalsoinaworseningofthelivingenvironment,inawiderangeofpsychologicalproblems,theinferiorityofpeoplewithdisabilitiesisparticularlyprominent.Ibelievethattheeliminationofthefactorsthatpeoplewithmentalinferiorityofpersonswithdisabilitiesnotonlyinitself,butalsothelivesofpeoplewithcontext,itincludessocialprejudicesagainstpersonswithdisabilities,butalsointhewelfareagenciesinasmallenvironment,thethesisofpsychologicalandsocialtreatmentmodelforthedisabledclient'smainwork,focusedonananalysisofthedisabledclient'sphysical,psychologicalandsocialreasons,combinedwithatypicalcaseoftheclient,targeteduseofpsycho-socialmodelofthemaincaseoftheself-correctingdeviationofcognitiveability,andrevealthemaincaseinwhichthetendencyofenvironmentallabelstoeasethemaincaseofinferiority.Atthesametime,theabilityofworkersandthelackoffar-reachingimpactonthesocialenvironment,psychologicalandsocialworkintheuseofmodels,therearesomelimitations,suchastheworker'ssubjectivebias,thevagueroleofworkers,thecaseofthefuzzyboundariesoftheworkingrelationshipbetweentheenvironmentandadversetheimpact,inviewofthis,Ialsomadeimprovementsinthefuture,similarcases,suchastoraisethecaseofworkersofthemainpsychologicalproblemsofpeoplewiththeintegratedabilitytojudge;acleardistinctionbetweentheobjectivesofworkersandpeoplewithpsychologicalexpectationsoftheclient;makefulluseofsocialpolicyandrelatedresourcesfortheclienttochangetheenvironmentofpersonswithdisabilitiesandeffo...
