摘要近年来,国家经济得到了快速发展,人们的生活水平也得到了提高,步入了人人小康的生活。人们开始了追求生活的舒适性,而现在的机械行业的发展,慢慢满足了人们的需求,使人们的生活开始有了改善,机械使人们的生活更加快捷、方便、高效率。在这个飞速发展的时代,我国的饲料搅拌机发展已经有一定的历史,被广泛用于机械、农业、养殖业等许多领域。目前的饲料搅拌机主要可以分为立式和卧式两种。为了使得饲料营养配比合理,添加的饲料能够得到充分的搅拌,饲料搅拌机被发明了出来,在农场养殖以及水产养殖方面,饲料搅拌机得到了广泛的应用。由于技术落后等原因,目前我国所采用的饲料搅拌机工作效率不高,结构较为复杂且比较笨重。本文设计的立式饲料搅拌机,是通过分析研究国内外现有的搅拌机,加以改进得出的新型搅拌机,主要用于饲料的搅拌混合。相较于传统的搅拌装置,搅拌效率更高,搅拌更为便捷。本文首先分析国内外相关课题的研究背景,对本课题进行了相关研究。其次,本文对比了国内外立式饲料搅拌机的发展趋势,发现饲料搅拌机有着巨大的发展前景。尽管我国在饲料搅拌机方面已经有着巨大的进步,但和国外一些发达国家仍然有着差距,这也是本文需要努力研究设计来减小差距。所以我通过在网上搜集了各种资料,还在学校图书馆查阅了各种相关资料和在老师的指导下,才设计出了这款立式饲料搅拌机。从而提高垃圾处理的效率,减小了人力成本。本文主要针对立式饲料搅拌机的搅拌装置和总体结构进行了设计分析研究。更好的提高了饲料搅拌机的性能,让饲料搅拌机具有结构紧凑、体积小、效率高、成本低等优点。然后利用了SolidWorks软件对饲料搅拌机进行了数据模拟分析,并对它进行进一步的优化,更好的完善立式饲料搅拌机。希望本课题的研究设计能够取得一定的成效。关键词:饲料搅拌机;搅拌装置;总体结构;SolidWorks软件---本文来源于网络,仅供参考,勿照抄,如有侵权请联系删除---AbstractInrecentyears,thenationaleconomyhasdevelopedrapidly,people'slivingstandardshavealsobeenimproved,intoawell-offlifeforeveryone.Peoplebegantopursuethecomfortoflife,andnowthedevelopmentofthemachineryindustry,slowlymeettheneedsofpeople,people'slifebegantohaveimproved,machinerymakespeople'slifemorerapid,convenient,efficient.Inthiseraofrapiddevelopment,thedevelopmentofChina'sfeedmixerhasacertainhistory,iswidelyusedinmachinery,agriculture,aquacultureandmanyotherfields.Atpresent,thefeedmixercanbedividedintoverticalandhorizontal.Inordertomakethefeednutritionratioreasonable,theaddedfeedcanbefullymixed,thefeedmixerwasinvented,infarmfarmingandaquaculture,thefeedmixerhasbeenwidelyused.Becauseofthebackwardtechnology,theworkingefficiencyofthefeedmixerisnothigh.Theverticalfeedmixerdesignedinthispaperisanewtypeofmixer,whichismainlyusedforthemixingoffeed.Comparedwithtraditionalstirringdevice,stirringefficiencyishigherandstirringismoreconvenient.Firstly,thispaperanalyzestheresearchbackgroundofdomesticandforeignrelatedtopics,andstudiesthistopic.Secondly,thispapercomparedthedevelopmenttrendofverticalfeedmixerathomeandabroad,andfoundthatthefeedmixerhasahugedevelopmentprospect.AlthoughChinahasmadegreatprogressinthefieldoffeedmixer,thereisstillagapbetweenChinaandsomeforeigndevelopedcountries.Thisisalsothereasonwhythispaperneedstostudyanddesigntoreducethegap.Therefore,IdesignedthisverticalfeedmixerbycollectingallkindsofmaterialsontheInternet,consultingallkindsofrelevantmaterialsintheschoollibraryandundertheguidanceoftheteacher.Inthisway,theefficiencyofgarbagedisposalisimprovedandthelaborcostisreduced.Thispapermainlyfocusesonthedesignandanalysisofthemixingdeviceandoverallstructureoftheverticalfeedmixer.Betterimprovetheperfo...
