UH工NAH匚ZXLTNINDUSTRYDOI:10.16659/j.cnki.l672-5654.2021.15.069葛敏南通大学附属肿瘤医院行政办,江苏南通226006[摘要]目的探讨精细化管理模式在提高行政职能部门管理效能中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月一2020年7月该院25名行政人员作为研究对象,其中2018年6月—2019年5月为精细化管理实施前,2019年6月一2020年7月为精细化管理实施后。比较精细化管理实施前后行政管理满意度、行政人员工作积极性、行政人员工作能力以及行政部门的管理效果。结果实施后行政管理满意度为96.00%,高于实施前的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(PvO.05);实施后行政人员工作积极性高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作态度、工作效率、工作质量评分分别为(88.63土3.18)分、(89.17±1.12)分、(94.09±2.17)分,均高于实施前的(79.96±5.43)分、(82.68土2.39)分、(83.35±2.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后行政职能部门管理效能评分为(22.43±1.08)分,高于实施前的(17.73±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式在提高行政职能部门管理效能中具有较好的应用效果,通过结合行政职能部门的工基于精细化管理模式提高行政职能部门管理效能IIII作特点,制定一系列管理措施,旨在调动工作人员的工作积极性,大幅提升工作人员的工作能力,进而利于提升工作效率与管理效能,行政管理满意度较高。[关键词]行政职能部门;管理效能;精细化管理;行政管理满意度;工作能力;医院服务质量[中图分类号]R7[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1672-5654(2021)05(c)-0069-04ImprovingtheManagementEfficiencyofAdministrativeFunctionalDepart-mentsBasedontheRefinedManagementModeGEMinAdministrationOffice,CancerHospitalAffiliatedtoNantongUniversity,Nantong,JiangsuProvince,226006China[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofrefinedmanagementmodeinimprovingthemanagementefficiencyofadministrativefunctionaldepartments.Methods25administrativestaffinthehospitalfromJune2018toJuly2020wereselectedastheresearchobjects,ofwhichJune2018toMay2019wasbeforetheimplementationofrefinedmanagement,andJune2019toJuly2020wasaftertheimplementationofrefinedmanagement.Comparedtheadministrativesatisfaction,theenthusiasmoftheadministrativestaff,theworkingabilityoftheadministrativestaffandthemanagementeffectoftheadministrativedepartmentbeforeandaftertheimplementationoftherefinedmanagement.ResultsAftertheimplementation^theadministrativemanagementsatisfactionwas96.00%,higherthanthe68.00%beforetheimplementation^thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);aftertheimplementation,theadministrativestaff'sworkenthusiasmwashigherthanbeforetheimplementation,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Aftertheimplementation,theworkattitude,workefficiency,andworkqualityscoreswere(88.63±3.18)points,(89.17±1.12)points,and(94.09±2.17)points,allhigherthan(79.96±5.43)points,(82.68±2.39)points,(83.35±2.02)pointsbeforetheimplementation,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);aftertheimplementation^theadministrativefunctiondepartment'smanagementefficiencyscorewas(22>43±1•08)points,whichwashigherthanthepre-implementation(17.73±1.94)points,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTherefinedmanagementmodelhasagoodapplicationeffectinimprovingthemanagementefficiencyofadministrativefunctionaldepartments.Bycombiningtheworkcharacteristicsofadministrativefunctionaldepartments,aseriesofmanagementmeasuresareformulatedtomobilizetheenthusiasmofthestaffandgreatlyenhancetheworkcompetenceofthestaff,whichinturnisconducivetoimprovingworkefficiencyandmanagementeffectiveness,andhigheradministrativesatisfaction....
