脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳的临床疗效分析脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳的临床疗效分析［摘要］目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳的临床疗效。方法：本组所有患者均自大腿部或者下腹部抽取脂肪组织，从100ml的脂肪组织中，提取5mlADSCs,与填充组织进行均匀混合后，将其注射于乳房内，要求每侧的乳房脂肪注射量控制在200ml,术后对患者乳房隆起值（患者垂直立位乳头根部与前胸壁平而的垂直距离）进行分析，同时对术后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的隆起值进行分析，对患者乳房隆起效果保持情况及临床效果进行综合评价。结果：本组所有患者均已顺利完成手术，且未出现严重并发症；术前所有患者隆起总值为1650cm,平均隆起8.42cm,术后所有患者隆起总值为2650cm,平均隆起值为13.52cm,两者相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。术后患者1个月的保持率为78.69%,3个月的保持率为67.33%,6个月后的保持率为70.68%O术后1个月、3个月、6个月与术后2周相比，保持率差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）；术后3个月与术后6个月差异无统计学意义（P〉0・05）。结论：脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳在临床上取得了一定疗效。［关键词］脂肪颗粒；自体脂肪移植；隆乳术；临床疗效［中图分类号1R622.9［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1008-6455（2014）11-0877-03Abstract：ObjectiveTostudytheclinicalcurativeeffectofaugmentationmammoplastybyautologousfattransplantation.MethodsAllpatientsarroganeedlegextractionorlowerabdominaladiposetissue,fattissuefor100ml,extractedto5mladscs（adiposestemcells：adiposederivedstemcells）,andfilledtheorganizationaftermixing,theinjectioninthebreast,withrequirementsoneachsideofthebreastfatinjectionquantitycontrolin200ml,forpatientswithpostoperativepatientswithbreastupliftvalue（verticalpatientswithnipplerootperpendiculartotheplaneoftheanteriorchestwa11distanee）wereanalyzed,atthesametimefor2weeksafteroperation,1month,3months,6monthsofupliftvaluewereanalyzed,andtheeffectofthepatientswithbreastupliftsituationandtheclinicaleffectwereevaluated・ResultsAllpatientsweresuccessfullycompletedsurgery,andnoseriouscomplicationsoccurred.Totalcostofthepatientswithpreoperativeupliftwas825cm,withtheaverageelevationvalueof8.42cm.Allofthepatientsaftertotalcostoftheupliftwas1325cm,withtheaverageelevationvalueof13.52cm,thecomparisonhadsignificantdifference,withstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).OnemonthretentionrateofPatientswithpostoperativewas78.69%,3monthswas67.33%,6monthswas70.68%.comparedwith2weekspostoperatively,theretentionrateafter1month,3months,6monthshadsignificantdifference,withstatisticallysignificant(P〈0.05)；theretentionrateafter3monthshadnosignificantdiffereneecomparedwithafter6months,withnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05)・ConclusionTheadiposestemcellsauxiliaryautologousfatbreastaugmentationsurgeryclinicalcurativeeffectoftransplantation,reliable,worthyofclinicalpopularizationandapplication.Keywords：adipose；autologousfattransplantation；augmentationmainmoplasty；curativeeffect<!--endprint--><!-一startprint-一>近年来，随着整形手术的发展，在人体的脂肪组织中发现了具有多向分化功能的干细胞，即脂肪干细胞。应用于整形中，具有良好的安全性，且已经得到临床证实。可是由于缺乏大规模的临床研究，关于脂肪颗粒移植辅助的自体脂肪移植隆乳术临床疗效仍不明确［1］。本文就2011年2月〜2012年2月笔者医院收治的98例行脂肪干细胞辅助的口体脂肪移植隆乳术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，现将结果报道如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料：本组资料均源于笔者院内2011年2月〜2012年2月收治的行脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳术患者病历内容。患者在性别、生命体征、临床症状等方面比较（P>0.05）,不具有统计学意义，具有临床可比性。1.2入选标准［2］：①所有患者病例资料...
