脑梗死患者的微量元素和血糖及同型半胱氨酸的相关性研究【摘要】目的:探讨微量元素钙、镁、铁、铜、锌与脑梗死相关危险因素血糖、同型半胱氨酸的关系。方法:收集2018年4月—5月住院的患者,分为脑梗死组和非脑梗死组,测量2组患者的血清微量元素水平,同时对两组患者血液中的血糖、同型半胱氨酸进行检测,比较2组微量元素及血糖和同型半胱氨酸的水平有无差异,分析微量元素与血糖、同型半胱氨酸的相关性。结果:脑梗死组的微量元素钙、镁、锌含量低于非脑梗死组(P<0.05);铜含量及铜/锌比值高于非脑梗死组(P<0.05)。脑梗死组血糖、同型半胱氨酸水平高于非脑梗死组(P<0.05)。微量元素钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、铜/锌比值与血糖的相关性均无统计学意义。微量元素钙、镁、铁、锌和同型半胱氨酸的相关性无统计学意义,微量元素铜与同型半胱氨酸呈正相关,微量元素铜/锌比值与同型半胱氨酸亦呈正相关。结论:微量元素在脑梗死患者与非脑梗死患者中具有差异性。微量元素铜、铜/锌比值与同型半胱氨酸呈正相关,通过降低体内微量元素铜和铜/锌比值,可能对脑梗死的防治起到一定作用。【关键词】微量元素;脑梗死;血糖;同型半胱氨酸【中图分类号】R743【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2019)02-0051-02Studyonthecorrelationbetweentraceelementsandbloodglucose,homocysteinewhichweretheriskfactorsofcerebralinfarctionHuYazhuo,WangXin,LiJianrui,WangLi,ZhuKe,LiYanyan.DepartmentofNeurology,the521HospitalofChinaNorthIndustriesGroupCorporation,Xi'an,Shaanxi710065,China【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudytherelationshipbetweentraceelementscalcium,magnesium,iron,copper,zincandbloodglucose,homocysteinewhichweretheriskfactorsofcerebralinfarction.MethodsPatientshospitalizedfromApriltoMay2018werecollected,pidedintocerebralinfarctionandnon-cerebralinfarctiongroup,thelevelsofserumtraceelementsweremeasuredinthetwogroups,atthesametime,thebloodglucose,homocysteineweredetected,thelevelsoftraceelementsandbloodglucose,homocysteineinthetwogroupswerecompared,thecorrelationbetweentraceelementsandbloodglucose,homocysteinewereanalyzed.ResultsThecontentsofcalcium,magnesiumandzincinthecerebralinfarctiongroupwerelowerthanthatinthenon-cerebralinfarctiongroup(P<0.05).Coppercontentandcopper/zincratiowerehigherthanthatofthenon-cerebralinfarctiongroup(P<0.05).Thelevelsofbloodglucoseandhomocysteineinthecerebralinfarctiongroupwerehigherthanthatinthenon-cerebralinfarctiongroup(P<0.05).Thecorrelationbetweentraceelementscalcium,magnesium,iron,copper,zinc,copper/zincratioandbloodglucosewasnotstatisticallysignificant.Thecorrelationbetweentraceelementscalcium,magnesium,iron,zincandhomocysteinewasnotstatisticallysignificant.Thetraceelementcopperwaspositivelycorrelatedwithhomocysteine,andthecopper/zincratiowaspositivelycorrelatedwithhomocysteinetoo.ConclusionTraceelementsaredifferentinpatientswithcerebralinfarctionandnon-cerebralinfarction.Thetraceelementcopper,copper/zincratioarepositivelycorrelatedwithhomocysteine.Bydecreasingthecoppercontentandthecopper/zincratiointhebody,itmayplayacertainroleinthepreventionandtreatmentofcerebralinfarction.【Keywords】Traceelements;Cerebralinfarction;Bloodglucose;Homocysteine微量元素是与机体调节、抗氧化、免疫等相关的必须营养成分,同时也是机体代谢过程中某些酶的辅因子的主要成分。脑梗死是严重威胁人类健康和生命的常见病、多发病,脑梗死一旦形成,可以导致人类致残,从而丧失工作能力和生活能力,给国家、社会和家庭都带来沉重的负担。本研究希望通过测定脑梗死患者和非脑梗死患者血清中钙、镁、铁、铜、锌含量的变化,分析其含量水平与脑梗死相关危险因素——血糖、同型半胱氨酸的关系,从而认识这些...
