微生态制剂、蒙脱石散剂、干扰素三联法治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效观察[摘要]目的观察微生态制剂、蒙脱石散剂、干扰素三联法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将84例患儿按随机数字表分为观察组42例和对照组42例,对照组口服蒙脱石散剂冲剂,肌内注射重组人干扰素,观察组在对照组基础上,口服枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂(妈咪爱),2周岁者每次1〜2袋、1〜2次/d,3d为1个疗程,观察治疗前后患儿症状改善情况,计算患儿症状复常时间与出院时间。结果(1)观察组的治愈率、总有效率分别为61.90%、95.24%,对照组的治愈率、总有效率分别为28.57%、76.19%,观察组的治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组的退热、大便次数复常、大便性状复常、粪便镜检复常、平均出院时间较对照组均明显缩短,各项指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂、蒙脱石散剂、干扰素三联法治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效确切,可双向调节肠道菌群失调,改善肠道内环境,保护、修复受损黏膜,促进消化道上皮组织再生。[关键词]微生态制剂;蒙脱石散剂;干扰素;小儿秋季腹泻;临床应用[中图分类号]R975+.3[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721(2012)07(c)-0100-03Theeffectobservetionofprobiotics,montmorillonitepowderandinterferonintreatmentofinfantileautumndiarrheaYEZuowenPediatricsDepartment,ZijinCountyPeople"sHospitalofHeyuanCityinGuangdongProvince,Zijin517400,China[Abstract]ObjectiveToobservetheeffectofprobiotics,montmorillonitepowderandinterferoninthetreatmentofinfantileautumndiarrhea・MethodsEighty—fourpatientsweredividedintoobservetiongroup(42cases)andcontrolgroup(42cases),thecontrolgroupwasgivenmontmorillonitepowdergranulesandrecombinanthumaninterferonintramuscularinjection,theobservationgroupwasgivenbacillussubtilis,enterococcusbivalentviablemultidimensionalgranulesoralonthebasisofthecontrolgroup,patientswiththeage2yearsoldweregiven1~2bagsonce,1-2timesaday,bothgroupsweretreatedfor3daysforacourse,thesymptomswereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment,andthesymptomsrecovertimeanddischargetimewerecalculated・ResuIts(1)Thecurerateandthetotalefficiencyofobservationgroupwere61.90%and95.24%respectively,thatofthecontrolgroupwere28.57%and76.19%,thecurerateandtotalefficiencyoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);(2)Thetimeoffeverrecover,stoolfrequencynormalization,normalizationofstoolconsistency,stoolmicroscopynormalization,andtheaveragedischargetimeweresignificantlyshorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTheprobiotics,montmorillonitepowderandinterferonhasexactclinicalefficacyinthetreatmentofinfant订eautumndiarrhea,itcanbi-directionallyregulateintestinalflora,improvetheintestinalenvironment,protectandrepairdamagedmucosa,promotetissueregenerationofdigestivetractepitheliaL
