摘要摘要电子鼻系统是对人类等哺乳动物嗅觉系统的模拟,根据气味来识别物质的类别和分类,具有样品处理简单、识别效果好、检测速度快、无损等优点。随着电子鼻技术的发展,电子鼻已经广泛应用于烟草、食品、医学、环境监测和安保等领域。然而,市场上出现的商品化电子鼻一般基于PC机实现,体积和功耗都较大,无法满足现场工况的实时测试要求。本课题研究开发基于嵌入式系统的电子鼻系统,力图解决市场上电子鼻系统体积大、功耗高等的缺点.并针对应用环境,设计开发了系统:基于嵌入式平板电脑的台式电子鼻系统。本文首先介绍了传感器阵列的设计,传感器阵列的设计主要包括气敏传感器的选取和部分传感器的标定.选择合适的传感器组成传感器阵列能够以最少的传感器个数检测最多的气体种类,能够减少数据信息的冗余度,降低系统的成本。其次介绍了基于嵌入式平板电脑的台式电子鼻设计,台式电子鼻系统由3块基于MSP430F169的测控电路和嵌入式平板电脑组成。3块测控电路分别完成8路半导体气敏传感器、3路电化学传感器、1路PID传感器、1路二氧化碳传感器、1路氧气传感器和4路温湿度传感器信号的采集与处理,以及气体流路中泵阀的控制.测控电路通过RS485电路接入嵌入式平板电脑,实现控制命令和传感器数据的传输。本文对开发的系统进行了应用实验测试。使用系统对猪肉等农产品的新鲜度做了测试,通过观察实验现象,所开发的系统满足设计目标。关键词:电子鼻,气体传感器阵列,嵌入式系统,MSP430I河南城建学院本课毕业设计ABSTRACTABSTRACTElectronicnoseisthesimulationofhumanandothermammalianolfactorysystem,identifyingandassortingthesubstancesaccordingtothetypeofsmell.Ithastheadvantagesofeasysamplehandling,effectiveidentification,quickdetection,non-destructiveandsoon.Withthedevelopmentofelectronicnosetechnology,ithasbeenwidelyusedinthefieldssuchastobacco,food,medicine,environmentalmonitoring,securityandsoon.However,thecommercialelectronicnoseappearedonthemarketisoftentoworkbasedonPC.Thelargesizeandhighpowerconsumptioncannotmeetthereal-timetestrequirementsofminingsite.Thisresearchdevelopedtheelectronicnosesystembasedonembeddedsystem,tryingtoresolvetheshortageofe-nosesystem'slargesizeandhighpowerconsumption.Wedesigntwokindsofsystemsfordifferentapplications:electronicnosesystemondeskbasedonembeddedsystems.Firstly,thispaperdescribesthedesignofthesensorarray,whichincludestheselectionofgassensorandcalibrationofsomesensors.Selectingappropriatesensorstocomposethesensorarraycandetectthemostgastypeswiththeleastsensors,alsoitcanreducedataredundancyandthecostofsystem.Secondly,thearticleintroducesthedesignofelectronicnoseondeskbasedonembeddedsystems.Thiskindofelectronicnosesystemconsistsofthreemeasurementandcontrolcircuith-aonMSP430F169andoneembeddedtabletPC.Threemeasurementandcontrolcircuitrespectivelycompletetheacquisitionandprocessingofthesignalsofeightsemiconductorgassensors,threeelectrochemicalsensors,onePIDsensor,onecarbondioxidesensor,oneoxygensensorandthefiveemperatureandhumiditysensor.Besides,theyshouldcontrolthegasflowpathvalve.MeasurementandControlcircuitcompletethecontrolcommandsandsensordatatransmissionbytheaccesstoembeddedtabletPCthroughtheRS485circuit.Inthispaper,wealsodosomeappliedexperimentaltestofthesystemsdeveloped.thefreshnessofporkandotteragriculturalproductswastestedbythesystems.Theexperimentalobservationsanddataanalysisshowthatonesetofsystemsdevelopedareabletomeetthedesignobjectivesbasically.KEYWORDS:ElectronicNose,GasSensorArrays,EmbeddedSystem,MSP430I河南城建学院本课毕业设计ABSTRACTII河南城建学院本课毕业设计目录目录摘要Abstract目录...第1章绪论1.1课题研究的背景和意意1.2国内外电子...
