三种方法治疗翼状簣肉疗效比较［摘要］目的探讨翼状窗肉单纯切除术、角膜缘干细胞移植术以及联合手术的临床特点及各自优势。方法选取2007年1月〜20"年10月间在我院行单纯翼状晋肉切除术患者28例设为A组，另随机选择同期行角膜缘干细胞移植患者28例设立为B组，以及同期翼状窗肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术患者28例设立为C组，比较三组的手术痊愈率及复发情况。结果各组患者均顺利完成手术，其中A组痊愈率719%,B组痊愈率85.3%,C组痊愈率87.1%,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)b且B组、C组的痊愈率明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05bA组术后复发率最高，达28.1%,B组、C组的复发率分别为14.7%,12.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义，但二者均明显低于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05L但各组不同分级间复发率比较，差异无显著性。结论翼状窗肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术能促进术区膜上皮修复，减少翼状騎肉复发，其手术效果明显优于翼状務肉单纯切除术，是治翼状窗肉的一种行之有效的好方法，值得推广和应用。［关键词］翼状鹫肉单纯切除术；角膜缘干细胞移植术；联合［中图分类号］R777.33［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673—9701(2012)27—0024—02TheefficacycomparisonofthreemethodsintreatmentofpterygiumWANGDaobinDepartmentofOphthalmology,theTCMHospitalofChangxingCountyinZhejiangProvince,Changxing313100,China［Abstract］ObjectiveToinvestigatethepterygiumexcisionalone,limbalstemcelltransplantationaswellasjointsurgeryclinicalfeaturesandtheirrespectiveadvantages・MethodsFromJanuary2007toOctober2011,patientswithsimplepterygiumexcisioninourhospital28wassettogroupA,anotherrandomlyselectedthesametimelimbalstemcelltransplantationin28casesasgroupB,andthesameperiodinwing—likepterygiumexcisioncombinedwithautologouslimbalstemcelltransplantationin28casesasthegroupC,comparedthreegroupssurgicalcurerateandrecurrence・ResultsPatientsineachgroupweresuccessfullycompletedsurgery,groupArecovered23,thecureratewas71.9%,groupBrecovered29,thecureratewas85.3%,groupCrecovered27,thecureratewas87.1%,thediffereneeofcureratewasstatisticallysignificantinthreegroups(P<0.05)・AndthecurerateofgroupB,groupCwassignificantlyhigherthangroupA,thediffereneewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05)・Apostoperativerecurreneerateof28.1%,groupBandCrecurreneerateswere14.7%,12.9%,thetwogroupshadnostatisticallysignificantdifferences,butbothweresignificantlyloweringroupA,thedifferencestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Relapseratebetweenthevariousgroupsofdifferentclassification,thedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant.ConclusionThepterygiumexcisionwithlimbalstemcelltransplantationcanpromoteepithelialrepairsurgeryarea,reducingpterygiumrecurrence,theeffectofsurgerywassignificantlysuperiortosimplepterygiumresection,alineofgovernaneepterygiumeffectivemethodworthyofpromotionandapplication.[Keywords]Simpleexcisionofpterygium;Limbalstemcelltransplantation;Joint
