体育学和医学的轻量化趋势与中国休闲产业特征分析王冰梅（浙江林学院旅游学院休闲与健康促进学科，浙江临安，311300）摘要：借鉴“轻音乐”中“轻”的含义，将职业和竞技Z外的，具有边缘性、娱乐休闲性、大众性、终身性、个性化、健身性特点，符合个人兴趣和愿望，以愉悦身心、增强社会适应能力，实现口我价值、实现社会和个人可持续发展为目标的生态化体育、休闲体育、大众体育、终身体育、旅游体育等新的体育学模式统称为“轻体育”。为区别原有的重症、危症、急症医学以及专科医疗模式，将具有整体化、小型化、个性化、普及化、终身化、养生化和副作用小特点的，贯穿生物一心理一社会乃至行为医学模式的新兴医学分支和养生保健学，以及轻量化、便携式、泛化趋势的原有专科医学统称为“轻医学”。“轻医学”包含三方面含义：一是指具有上述特点的新兴医学分支；二是指原有医学分支的边缘化、人性化、轻量化趋势；三是指泛化的医学：养生保健学。中国休闲产业可以粗略地分为两人类，一类为传统的休闲产业，另一类是新兴的、以养生保健为目的休闲场所，如推拿按摩足浴中心、SPA生活馆、药膳房、健美减肥中心、美容院等等。前者市场相对成熟并有萎缩趋势；后者迅速崛起，市场份额不断扩大，木文将英统称为健康休闲市场，健康休闲市场的繁荣与当今人们的健康需求增加、追求高品位生活和身心灵统一有极大关系，是“轻体育”、“轻医学”的具体体现，是全球绿色浪潮的一部分，因此有着巨大的潜力和广阔前景。中国的休闲学研究应关注和把握中国休闲市场的这一特点，整合以养生保健为目标的休闲学技术和休闲管理，剔除其中非健康因素，促进其良性发展，建立中国特色的休闲学研究。关键词：“轻体育”；“轻医学”；健康休闲市场；中国特色的休闲学研究Abstract:Usingtheconceptof“lightinusic"and“lightindustry”forreference,wegiveajointname:'Tightsports”tothenewphysicaleducationmodesuchas:ecologizedsports,leisuresports,popularsports,lifelongsportsandsportstourism,exceptforprofessionalandathleticones.“Lightsports”possessthenatureoffrontier,synthetics,recreationandleisure,popularity,individuation,lifelongandscience,accordingtoindividualinterestanddesire,aimingatpleasingbodyandmood,boostinguptheabilityofadaptingsociety,realizingself-valueandsustainabledevelopmentofsocietyandindividual.Inordertodistinguishformerheavysymptoms,dangersymptoms,urgentsymptomsandcustomaryespecialmedicine,ajointname:“lightinedicine^isgiventothenewmedicinebrancheswhichpossessthenatureofminiaturi刁ation,individuation,popularization,lifelong,bio-psycho-societyandbehaviormedicinemode,IlealthCareandPreservingandtheespecialmedicinehavingthetendencyoffrontier,humanism,handyandextensiveness."Lightmedicine”comprisesthreemeanings:First:thenewmedicinebrancheshavingabovetraits,second:thetendencyoffrontier,humanism,handyandextensivenessofformerspecialinedicine,third:“extensive”medicine---HealthCareand卩reserving.Chineseleisureindustryisdividedintotwocategories:oneisconventionalleisureindustryincludingshowplace,museum,parkandsoon,theotherisburgeoningindustryi.e.massagecenter,fatfarm,beautyparlor・Theformerrelativelyinatureandshrink,whilethelateraiiningathealthcareandpreservingisrapidlygrowingup.Wegiveaname“healthleisureindustry"tothelater・Theboomingofuhealthleisureindustryvisconnectedwithincreasingofpeopleshealthrequiringandembodies“lightsports''andulightmedicine”,whilebeingapartofglobalugreenwaven•ChineseleisuresciencestudyshouldgiveenoughattentiontotheabovetraitofChineseleisureindustry,whilesystematizingleisuretechnologyandleisuremanagementaimingathealthcareandpreserving,eliminatingnon~healthfactor,andestablishingChina-featuredleisuresci...
