子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产后出血的临床研究郭晓艳四川省内江市威远县人民医院妇产科642450【摘要】目的:探讨子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血中的临床研究。方法:选用我院妇产科住院患者，60例病例进行研究，其中，观察组患者采用子宫背带式缝合术，对照组患者采用传统手术缝合方法，通过治疗，对比两组患者手术的时间，手术术后产后出血量，以及产后岀现产褥病率进行对比，通过以上对比，来得出子宫背带式缝合术和传统风忽然术的治疗效果。结果:通过对比，得岀观察组患者在手术时间、术后出血量以及产后发生产褥病的几率优于对照组,两组相比较具有差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时，观察组并未出现并发症，并且患者在产后42天进行检查，得幽子宫复旧、月经复潮时间无异常。结论：子宫背带式缝合术较传统手术缝合方法操作简单，可以有效的进行止血，避免了患者术后的大出血以及减少输血的几率，在临床上降低了患者术后感染的几率以及出现大失血而导致的休克。所有患者在术后均可以保留牛育功能，可以得出，背带式缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血行之有效的外科止血方法。【关键词】剖宫产；产后出血；背带式缝合【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-7165(2015)12-0002-02ThesunbackofuterussuturetechniqueclinicalresearchforthetreatmentofbleedingaftercesareansectionGuoXiaoyan(Sichuanneijiangweiyuanpeople'shospitalofgynecologyandobstetrics,642450)[Abstract]Objective:Toexplorethesunbackofuterussuturetechniqueinthetreatmentofcesareansectioninthepostpartumhemorrhageinclinicalresearch.Methods:Choosehospitalobstetricsandgynecologyhospitalpatients,60caseswerestudied,amongthem,theobservationgroupweretreatedbysunbackofuterussuturetechnique,thecontrolgroupweretreatedbytraditionalsurgicalsuturemethod,throughtreatment,comparedtwogroupsofpatientswithoperationtime,postoperativepostpartumhaemorrhageamount,andpostpartumpuerperaldiseaseratecomparison,throughtheabovecomparison,todrawthesunbackofuterussuturetechniqueandthetherapeuticeffectoftraditionalwindsuddenly.Results:bycomparingtheobservationgroupofpatientsintheoperationtime,bloodlossandpostoperativeriskofpostpartumpuerperaldiseaseoccurredisbetterthanthatofcontrolgroup,comparedtwogroupshavedifferences,withstatisticalsignificanee(P<0.05),atthesametime,theobservationgroupdidnotoccur,andpatientsinpostpartum42daysforinspection,itisconeludedthattheuterusinstauration,noabnormalmenstruationaftertidetime.Conclusions:Sunbackofuterussuturetechniquecomparedwithtraditionalsurgicalsuturemethodoperationissimple,canbeeffectivetostopbleeding,avoidthepatientspostoperativebleedingandreducetherateofbloodtransfusion,postoperativepatientswithclinicallydecreasedtheriskofinfectionaswellasalargelossofbloodinshock・Allpatientsaftersurgerycanpreservefertilityfunction,canbeconeludedthatthesunbacksuturetechniqueisaeffectivetreatmentofcesareansectionofpostpartumhemorrhagesurgicalhemostasismethod.[KeywordJCesareansection;Postpartumhemorrhage;Sunbackstitching剖宫产术后发现产后出血是产科比较严重并且较为常见的并发症，产后大出血而不能及吋止血也是导致产妇死亡的主要原因之一，因此，在临床上，剖宫产患者进行产后出血的处理是尤为重要的，产后出血进行有效的止血是保证产妇性命的关键。因此，剖宫产患者必须降低子宫出血的几率，而大部分患者出现大出血后，止血无效，都会不得已采取子宫切除术，这对女性日后的生活质量造成了极大的损害，也沉重的打击患者及家属的心理⑴。临床上目前主要采取子宫背带式缝合术，此类缝合术快速简单，可以有效的降低患者术后出血几率，并且通过和传统方式的对比，子宫背带式缝合术明显优于传统方法。笔者现将本院子宫背带缝合术与传统方式缝合术进行对比，现将资...
