老年护理教学现状分析及对策探讨【摘要】目的：分析我校老年护理的教学现状，改革教学方法，不断提高老年护理教学质量。方法：对我校700名3年高职护理学生进行问卷调查，调查内容包插我校老年护理师资、教材、教学条件、教学设备、教学方法、实训课满意度、见习满意度、知识结构是否可以满足养老服务等，分析医学高职院校护理专业中老年护理的教学情况。结果：700名学生中，对师资满意291名，教材满意324名，教学条件满意336名，教学设备满意213名，教学方法满意187名，实训课满意169名，见习满意182名。仅126名学生认为通过老年护理教学后能够满足目前养老服务的需求。学生满意度最高的是我校教学条件，与其他项目的满意度比较差异有统计学意义（字2=277.78,P<0.05）o结论：H前我国老年护理教育滞后，高校护理对于养老服务人才认识不够统一，教学资源不够完备，实践教学条件无法满足需求。可以将学校与社区养老机构进行教学资源整合，充分利用社区养老机构的教学资源，增加见习、实习课比例等，从而提高老年护理的教学质量。【关键词】养老；老年护理教学；护理学；教学[Abstract1Objective：Toanalyzetheteachingstatusofgeriatrichursinginourschool,toreformtheteachingmethods,soastocontinuouslyimprovethequalityofnursingteaching.Method：Aquestionnairesurveywereconductedwith700casesofthree-yearvocationalnursingstudents,ineludedourschoolgeriatrienursingteachers,teachingmaterials,teachingconditions,teachingequipment,teachingmethods,experimentalclasssatisfaction,traineesatisfaction，whetheritcouldmeetthepensionservices.Thesituationofteachingnursingstudentsinelderlycareinmedicalcollegeswereanalyzed.Result：Therewere291casessatisfiedwithteacherresources,324casessatisfiedwithteachingmaterial,336casessatisfiedwithteachingconditions,213casessatisfiedwithteachingdevice,187casessatisfiedwithteachingmethods,169casessatisfiedwiththepracticaltrainingcourse,182casessatisfiedwiththetrainee.Only126casesofelderlynursingstudentsagreedgeriatricnursingteachingcouldmeetthedemandofpensionservice.Conclusion：Atpresentgeriatricnursingeducationlag，theconceptofpensionservicetaientisnotunified,teachingresourcesisnotcomplete,practicalteachingconditionscannotmeetthedemand.Inordertoimprovetheteachingqualityofelderlycare,theschoolandthecommunityinstitutionscanintegratetheteachingresources,makefulluseofcommunitynursingteachingresources,andincreasingtheproportionofpractice・[Keywords]Pension；GeriatricNursingEducation；Nursing；TeachingFirst-author'saddress：ChangshaVocationalCollegeofHealth,Changsha410100,Chinadoi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2014.22.043老年护理教学主耍是研究老年人群自身存在及潜在健康问题的学科，维持、恢复并促进老年人的健康，预防和治疗各种疾病引起的残疾，发挥老年机体的最佳功能［1］。我国已步入老龄化社会，要求护理专业的发展也要适应我国国情［2］。为了更好地应对日趋严重的老龄化社会问题，探讨老年护理教学改革，提高教学质量，培养实用型老年护理人才，本校进行了木次调查，报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2013年6月对我校700名3年高职护理学生进行问卷调查。调查对象年龄17〜20岁，平均(18.22±0.97)岁；男42名，女658名。700名学生中，家中冇4位老年人231名，有3位老年人173名,有2位老年人105名，1位老年人117名，无老年人74名。116名学生既往均己参观过养老机构，对Z有所体会，700名学生均无家属在养老机构中养老。1.2方法对700名学生进行问卷调查，调查量表由本校自制，量表主要包括两部分。第一部分为学生的基本资料，包括年龄、性别、家庭情况等。第二部分为对我校老年护理教学满意度进行调查，量表采用4级方法，包括非常满意、满意、不太满意、不满意，其中以非常满意和满意计算满意度，不太满意和不满意计算不满意度。项目包插：(1)...
