中国制造业产能过剩问题研究毕业论文学院国际经济贸易学院班级10贸经（2）班学号2010250054姓名陈金周题目中国制造业产能过剩问题研究指导老师（姓名及职称）刘玉荣讲师［总评成绩：］二零一四年五刀中国制造业产能过剩问题研究ResearchonovercapacityproblemofChinesemanufacturingindustry国际经济贸易学院贸易经济专业2010（2）班陈金周2010250054指导老师：刘玉荣讲师内容摘要：毫无疑问，目前长期的、世界性的产能过剩问题己经尤其凸显，也是致使上壯纪90年代以來lit界经济发展变缓的主要因素。短期的供需不均衡带來的产能过剩在币场运行中属于正常状态，但是当产能长期超过币场的有效需求而表现为严巫的产能过剩时，会导致山场秩序及产业链发生紊乱，最终致使经济运行不断恶化。自从我国改革开放以来，制造业产能不足的市场状况渐渐发生逆转，卖方市场逐渐转变为买方市场。随Z严巫的产能过剩问题开始周期性地显现。对于产能过剩的认定及解决对策目前在学术界并未达成共识，系统性地研究我国产能过剩问题具冇巫要的理论及实际意义。本文基于冃前我国制造业产能过剩的形势，分析了产能过剩问题会导致诸多危害，认为口从金融危机Z后，我国制造业产能过剩问题呈现出普遍性和全方位性、部分产业的产能过剩问题呈现出长期性和绝对性以及部分产业呈现出高端、低端产品同时过剩的特性。我国产能过剩主要由周期性产能过剩、结构性产能过剩和体制性产能过剩组成。提出我国政府应该基于产能过剩的成因完善产能过剩治理的长效机制，促进企业口主创新步伐，提升企业的核心竞争力；深化投资体制改革，健全生产要素市场体系；优化产业结构，转换产业发展模式；完善产业进出机制，并加速产能过剩产业战略转移。关键字:制造业;产能过剩；产业结构Abstract:Thereisnodoubtthatthelongterm,globalovercapacityproblemhasbeenespeciallyhighlight,isalsointheworldeconomicdevelopmentsincethe1990sthemainfactorsofslowingdown.Short-termdisequilibriumbetweensupplyanddemandofovercapacityinthemarketoperationbelongstothenormalstate,butwhenthecapacitymorethanlong-termmarketeffectivedemanddndshowtheseriousexcesscapacity,willcausethemarketorderandtheindustrialchainisdisorder,leadingtoworseningofeconomicoperaticn.SinceChins'sreformandopeningup,themanufacturingcapacityofthemarketsituationgraduallyreversed,aseller'smarketintoabuyer'smarketgradually.Withsevereovercapacityproblemsbegintoemergeperiodically.Forexcesscapacitydeterminationtrndsolutiondidnotreachaconsensusinacademiaatpresent,systematical1ystudiestheproblemofexcessproductioncapacityhasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance・Inthispaper,basedonthepresentsituationofexcessmanufacturingcapacityinChina,dnalyzestheovercapacitywillcausealotofharm,thatsincethefinancialcrisis,ourcountrymanufacturingindustryovercapacityproblempresentstheuniversalityandcomprehensivesex,someindustryovercapacityproblemprosentsalong-termandabsolutenessandsomeoftheindustrypresentahigh-endandlow-endproductsatthesametimethecharacteristicsofexcess.ExcessproductioncapacityinChinaismainlycomposedofcyclicalovercapacity,structuralovercapacityandinstitutionalcapacity.Putforwardourgovernmentshouldbebasedonthecausesofexcesscapacityperfectgovernancethelong-termmechanismofexcessproductioncapacity,promoteenterpriseindependentinnovation,promoteenterprise'scorecompetitiveness;Weneedtodeepenthereformofinvestmentsystem,perfectthesystemofproductionfactorsmarket;0ptimizetheindustrialstructure,thetransformationindustrydevelopmentmode;Inandoutofthemechanism,improvetheindustryandaccelerateovercapacityindustrystrategicshift.Keywords:Manufacturing;Excesscapacity;Theindustrialstructure目录一、中国制造业产能过剩概述...................
