医院标准防护模式在新型冠状病毒疫情防控的应用与应用效果分析摘要：目的探讨医院标准防护模式在新型冠状病毒防控中的应用及应用效果分析。方法选取医院预检分诊、发热门诊、急诊100名医护人员作为研究对象，在新型冠状病毒肺炎期间，以我院在2020年3月1日-2020年5月31日实施传统防护模式进行疫情防控且对防控效果进行追踪和指导的结果为对照组;以2020年6月1日-9月30日实施医院标准防护模式进行疫情防控且对防控效果进行追踪和指导的结果为观察组。观察实施医院标准防护模式前后100名医护人员的感染率、消毒有效率、院内患者及家属感染率、医护消毒防护依从性、医护人员满意度等指标，探讨该标准防护模式的应用效果。结果观察组的100名医护人员及院内患者和家属感染率均为0，实现了院内的零感染目标。观察组的消毒有效率、医护消毒防护依从性、医护人员满意度均显著高于对照组，差异学有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论医院标准防护模式可以有效的防止新型冠状病毒感染疫情蔓延,有效的降低或杜绝院内感染率，从各方面提高医护人员的有效防护率，为全国医疗机构在防治新型冠状病毒疫情时提供防控模式的参考，值得广泛的推广。关键词：医院标准防护模式；新型冠状病毒的防护；消毒防护；培训方式：R文献标志码：AApplicationandeffectanalysisofhospitalstandardprotectionmodeinnovelcoronavirusepidemicpreventionandcontrol*YeShanshan1,HuangWei1*LiuzhouWorkers'Hospital,TheFourthAffiliatedHospitalofGuangxiMedicalUniversity,Liuzhou545005,ChinaCorrespondingauthor:HuangWei,Email:1512733680@qqAbstract:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationofhospitalstandardprotectionmodeinNovelCoronaviruscontrolanditseffectanalysis.MethodsAtotalof100medicalstaffinpre-examinationandtriage,feveroutpatientdepartmentandemergencydepartmentwereselectedastheresearchsubjects.DuringtheperiodofCOVID-19,theresultsoftraditionalpreventionandcontrolmodeimplementedinourhospitalfromMarch1,2020toMay31,2020andthetrackingandguidanceofthepreventionandcontroleffectweretakenasthecontrolgroup.FromJune1,2020toSeptember30,2020,theepidemicpreventionandcontrolofhospitalstandardprotectionmodewasimplemented,andtheresultsoftrackingandguidingthepreventionandcontroleffectwereusedastheobservationgroup.heinfectionrate,disinfectionefficiency,infectionrateofhospitalpatientsandtheirfamilymembers,complianceofdisinfectionandprotection,satisfactionofmedicalstaffandotherindexesof100medicalstaffbeforeandaftertheimplementationofthestandardprotectionmodewereobserved,andtheapplicationeffectofthestandardprotectionmodewasdiscussed.ResultsTheinfectionrateof100medicalstaff,in-hospitalpatientsandfamilymembersintheobservationgroupwas0,whichachievedthegoalofnosocomialinfection.Thedisinfectionefficiency,disinfectionprotectioncomplianceandmedicalstaffsatisfactionintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,withstatisticalsignificance(P<0.05).conclusionThestandardhospitalprotectionmodecaneffectivelypreventthespreadofnovelcoronavirusinfection,effectivelyreduceoreliminatetheinfectionrateinhospital,improvetheeffectiveprotectionrateofmedicalstafffromallaspects,andprovideareferenceforthepreventionandcontrolmodeofnationalmedicalinstitutionsinthepreventionandtreatmentofnovelcoronavirusepidemic,whichisworthyofextensivepromotion.Keywords：Hospitalstandardprotectivemode；NovelCoronavirusprotection；Disinfectionprotection；trainingmethod新型冠状病毒肺炎（新冠肺炎，COVID-19）为新发急性呼吸道传染病，目前已成为全球性重大的公共卫生事件。通过积极预防、控制和治疗，中国疫情基本得到控制，仅有少数局部疫情暴发，少数输入性病例在少数地区发生。随着新冠肺...
