炎琥宁配合消热清脑汤治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的临床疗效分析衣艳吕红凤［摘要］目的：比较不同治疗方案治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的临床疗效，探讨炎琥宁配合消热淸脑汤治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的优势和可行性；方法：选择我院儿科2010年1月一2014年1月间收治的儿童心肌炎患者90例为研究对象，对其进行前瞻性研究。所有患儿入院时随机分为两组：对照组和实验组，每组各45例。对照组入院后给予卧床休息、阿昔洛韦抗病毒、营养脑神经、镇静、降颅压、退热、止惊等治疗，根据情况给予抗生素、激素等药物治疗，重症病毒性脑炎患者在上述基础上给予丙种球蛋白治疗，对于合并屮枢性呼吸衰竭的患儿给予机械通气。实验组患儿的治疗在对照组治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁入液静脉滴注，并给予白制组方消热清脑汤门服，比较两组患者在治疗后的体温变化及病情转归等；结果：对照组患儿痊愈34例（75.6%）,好转4例（8.9%）,未愈5例（11.1%）,死亡0例（0.0%）,有效38例（84.4%）;实验组痊愈38例（84.4%）,好转5例（11.1%）,未愈2例（4.4%）,死亡0例（0.0%）,有效43例（95.6%）;对照组患儿在治疗6天时体温恢复至正常水平，实验组患儿在治疗3天时体温恢复正常并维持正常水平。结论：炎琥宁联合消热淸脑汤治疗儿童病毒性脑炎能够显著改善临床症状，提高治愈率、有效率，临床效果良好，建议进一步推广应用。［关键词］儿童病毒性脑炎炎琥宁消热清脑汤阿昔洛韦颅内压DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2014.27.70作者单位：衣艳：262500山东青州，青州市妇幼保健院吕红凤：青262516山东青州，州市谭坊中心卫生院［作者简介］衣艳（1976-），女，现任青州市妇幼保健院护师，研宄方向：护理专业。吕红凤（1972-）,女，现任青州市谭坊中心卫生院主治医师，研究方向：内科临床。TheClinicalEffectofPotassiumSodiumDehydroandroanDrographolideSuccinateforInjectionwithHuotanqingnaoSoupintheTreatmentofChildrenwithViralEncephalitisYiYan,LvHongfengAbstract:ObjectiveTocomparetheclinicalefficacyofdifferenttreatmentforchildrenviralencephalitis,andtheadvantagesandfeasibilityofPotassiumSodiumDehydroandroandrographolideSuccinateforInjectionwithhuotanqingnaosoupinthetreatmentofchildrenwithviralencephalitis.Methods90casesofchildrenpatientswithmyocarditisintheauthors’hospitalfromJanuary2012toJune2014wereselectedtoconductthisprospectivestudy.Allchildrenadmittedtohospitalwererandomlydividedintotwogroups:controlgroupandexperimentalgroup,eachwith45cases.TheControlgroupwasgivenbedrest,antiviralacyclovir,brainnutrition,sedativetreatment,intracranialpressurereduction,defervescence,andconvulsionprevention.Antibiotics,hormonesandotherdrugsmayalsobeappliedwhennecessary.Severeviralencephalitispatientsalsoreceivedgammaglobulintherapyonthebasisoftheabovegiventreatment,andmechanicalventilationwasgiventothosewiththecombinationofcentralrespiratoryfailure.TheExperimentalgroupadoptedthetreatmentofPotassiumSodiumDehydroandroandrographolideSuccinateforInjectionthroughintravenousdriptogetherwithhuotanqingnaosoup.ThetemperaturechangesanddiseaseoutcomesofthetwogroupswerecomparedResultsthecontrolgrouphad34casesofrecovery(75.6%),4improved(8.9%),5uncured(11.1%),and0died(0.0%),with38effectivecases(84.4%);Theexperimentalgrouphad38casescured(84.4%),5improved(11.1%),2uncured(4.4%)and0died(0.0%),with43effectivecases(95.6%);Childreninthecontrolgroupreturnstonormaltemperature6dayslater,whilechildreninexperimentalgroupreturntonormaltemperature3dayslaterandmaintainthenormallevel.ConclusionPotassiumSodiumDehydroandroandrographolideSuccinateforInjectiontogetherwithhuotanqingnaosoupcansignificantlyimprovetheclinicalsymptomsintreatingchildrenwithviralencephalitis.Itcanimprovethecureandeffectiverate,...
