早产保胎治疗183例分析【摘要】目的：探讨钙离子拮抗剂、硫酸镁及沙丁胺醇在保胎治疗中的疗效观察。方法：应用前瞻性研究，将先兆早产行住院保胎治疗183例孕妇随机分为心痛定组、硫酸镁组及沙丁胺醇组，观察显效时间(首次用药后宫缩被有效抑制时间)、保胎成功率(单一用药延迟分娩>48h)、新生儿结局及药物不良反应。结果：心痛定组、硫酸镁组及沙丁胺醇组治疗后保胎成功率分别为80.3%、76.7%及74.2%；三组比较差异无统计学意义。...
